I am thrilled to be doing my first pop-up dinner at Shelburne Springs!
In celebration of the Summer Solstice, my sous chef Elliot and I have created a three course prix fixe menu that features mainly Valley-local seasonal ingredients. We are excited to present these dishes in such a beautiful space. Shelburne Springs is a restored 1914 mansion with a great view and a welcoming, cozy yet classy vibe.
We are doing two seatings; 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Space is limited - please reserve your seat and choose your courses below.
Dinner price includes tax and tip (though you should feel free to tip extra if the mood strikes you). There will be a full bar available, including cocktail specials, with a la carte pricing.
